Extended Reading time
Extended reading time,
often called Sustained Silent
Reading (SSR) or Drop Everything and Read (DEAR), is a period during the school day
dedicated to independent reading. This dedicated time helps our learners develop a
love of reading. By giving them the freedom to choose books they enjoy reading and
we bring in them a genuine interest in reading. The emphasis on reading, besides
improving the reading skills, improves fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, and the
overall literacy skills.
Over a period of time,
it builds the reading
stamina: encourages students to focus and engage with a book for a longer period
of time. They learn to select books, manage their reading time, and engage with
texts independently.

Music
Our music program has been designed to be fun,
engaging, and developmentally appropriate for young children. We strive to create a
love of music and nurture a lifelong passion and appreciation for music by making
their experience a positive and enjoyable one
Music enhances cognitive development, promotes language development, fosters
social-emotional development
Exposing children to a variety of musical genres and styles helps them develop their
listening skills and appreciation for music. Using music to enhance storytelling can
make the experience more engaging and help children connect with the narrative on an
emotional level.
In the Age-appropriate activities, the activities are
tailored to the age and developmental level of the children. The program includes a
variety of activities to keep children engaged and interested. Repeating songs and
activities helps children learn and remember them. The program is kept flexible
enough to accommodate the children's interests and needs.
Dance
Our dance program
introduces children to the joy of movement through creative expression. We use
music, props, and games to encourage exploration of rhythm, balance, and
coordination. Children learn basic steps, create their own movements, and develop
confidence in their physical abilities. This program creates social skills,
self-expression, and a love for dance in a fun and supportive environment.

Drama
The drama program ignites imaginations and builds
confidence through playful exploration. Children engage in storytelling,
role-playing, and puppetry, developing communication and language skills. We
encourage creative expression, problem-solving, and collaboration as they bring
characters and stories to life. Through drama, children learn to empathize, express
emotions, and build self-esteem in a supportive and engaging environment. This is a
space where their voices are heard and their creativity shines.
